The MachShip printer Token is the basis used for maintaining the connection between MachShip and the Printer.
In an occurrence where the set token on the installed MachShip Printing Application doesn't work, you'll have the capability to regenerate a new token for the assigned printer.
The following steps below relates on how to re-generate a new printer token:
Login to the MachShip portal and navigate to Admin tab and select Other Options
On the left corner of your screen under Advanced section, click on Printers
On the Manage Printers page, navigate as to which printer you would like to re-generate the token. You can choose either the filling-in the Company text box where it will list down all the printers assigned for that company or via the Search text box for a general search.
Once you have located the specific printer, on the right corner of your screen, click on the cog button and select Generate New Token.
You will then be able to notice a new token has been assigned for the printer which you can use on the installed MachShip Printing App:
