What is the Export Grid:

The Export Grid function provides the user with the ability to extract a data file which contains a snapshot of the data which is contained on that data grid.

How to Export the Carrier Accounts Grid?

Navigate to Admin then Carrier Accounts:

On the Manage Carrier Accounts page, click on the Actions drop down button and click on the `Export Grid`.

Note: By using either of the following: `Search`, `Company`, `Carrier` or ‘Include Disabled’ filters the export will then be adjusted to show just the filtered in data.

Once clicked, the file will download in a .csv format with a naming convention as Carrier Accounts_*date*.csv.

Note: This export is limited to the top 4000 records

 The exported file will contain the following fields:

• ID
• Name
• Abbreviation
• AccountCode
• Carrier
• CarrierAbbreviation
• OwningCompany
• OwningCompanyAbbreviation
• ParentCarrierAccount
• ParentCarrierAccountAbbreviation
• Status
