What is the Export Grid:
The Export Grid function provides the user with the ability to extract a data file which contains a snapshot of the data which is contained on that data grid.
How to Export the Emails Grid
Navigate to Admin then Other Options:
Positioned on the left-side menu of the screen select the Emails field:
Note: If you do not have access as Administrator or Organization User, you will not be able to access the above links.
On the Manage Emails page, click on the Actions drop-down button and click on the `Export Grid`.
Note: By using either of the `Search`or `Company` textboxes or by adjusting the `Date`, the export will then be adjusted to show just the filtered in data
Ensure the grid contains the data you wish to export. Once clicked, the file will download in a .csv format with a naming convention as Emails_*date*.csv.
Note: This export is limited to the top 1000 records
The spreadsheet file can now be opened in your preferred program for further analysis and manipulation. Checking on the exported file, the following data or fields include:
- ID
- Entity ID – is either the manifest or consignment ID depending on what email type is sent.
- Entity Type
- Date Time Queued – time generated when it was emailed
- Company
- Company Account Code
- To
- Subject
- Date Time Sent UTC – time email was sent
- Attachment Count – for any file attachment count if there’s any.
- Status
