How to Disable a Printer for use with the Send to Printer Function

By default, all created MachShip Printers will be configured to utilise the Send to Printer function. If there is a need to disable the usage of a MachShip created printer then the below will advise how a user can disable the Send to Printer function. 

Select Admin and  Other Options

Select Printers

The Printers Grid will display a list of all MachShip Printers that have been created against your company

To disable the usage of the Send to Printer function select the cog and Edit Printer

Set the Disabled for Send to Printer flag to be Yes

select Save Printer
