When setting up your Carrier Account with Searoad, you will need the account code provided to you from your account manager when you first signed up your account.
Enter the Account Code in the field provided:
Save Carrier Account before proceeding.
Once the account has been set up and all of the rates have been added, you will need to run a test to ensure that upon go-live, everything will run successfully. To do this, create a consignment - please make Reference 1 and Reference 2 and the delivery special instructions THIS IS A TEST. Once this has been created please manifest the consignment to the carrier. If you experience any issues please contact email@example.com.
If you receive a successful manifest message from MachShip, please send an email to your account manager advise them that you would like to receive verification on the test file and permission to go live. You will also need to request for them to send status tracking back to the MachShip. Your email should say the following:
"To <Insert your account manager's name>,
I need to set up my account <insert account code> with Searoad so that I may consign with my new FMS partner MachShip. Can you please set up my account so that my tracking status updates are forwarded through to the MachShip FTP server.
I have attached a copy of the consignment paperwork and data file for you to validate. Can you please validate and cancel this consignment upon confirmation as this is a test only and should not be charged."
Please include the consignment, item and manifest PDF's and the manifest data file (csv). This can all be accessed via the View Manifest page for the consignment you have just created and manifested.

On confirmation from the support team that the setup is validated, you are free to begin to consign.
