Any label print job that goes through the MachShip Printing Application will have each and every action recorded and saved for a period of time. If there are any issues with the running of the automated printing, we encourage that you obtain this data recording and provide through to support@machship.com. This will ensure that MachShip can provide the quickest possible solution. 

How to locate the Log.Log files 

File address on Desktop
Replace username in the bolded section below with your username from the system
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Machship-App\logs\log.log

This will open up a file named log.log. Save this file on your desktop and attach when sending a query to

our Support desk.
