In order to remove confusion for users when utilizing International consigning there is a two-step process required to facilitate International shipping.
Step 1: Enable international on the Company
1. Navigate to the Edit Companies page.
Go to Admin and View Companies to go to View Companies screen.
2. Select the applicable company.
Search for the company you wish to assign International consigning to, select the cog on the right and the Edit Company option - This permission is inheritable so if you wish to provide access to all companies please configure the change against the parent company.
3. Set the International Enabled flag to Yes
4. Save the company
Step 2: Link either FedEx or Australia Post to the company
In the initial stages, MachShip will support the carriers FedEx and Australia Post for international Shipping. Please make sure you have followed the instructions on setting up these carriers, and your clients will be ready to consign movements internationally.
